If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within seven days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition. All sandals/shoes must be unworn.
Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Returns should be addressed to:

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us at 917-842-2507 to request a Call Tag to pick up the package. Please include your Packing Slip or order number with your return, and note the error or specific defects.
For exchanges, you must place a new order after returning the original item in resellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
